1. Refund & Return Policy

  • 7-Day Unconditional Refund – Must be requested within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Product must be unused, unopened, and in original saleable condition.

  • 14-Day Sensitive Reaction Refund – Must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Product must be returned in its original container and packaging, even if opened.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage.

3. Refund Process

    • Proof of purchase

    • Details of the refund request

  • All returns will be inspected within 3 working days of receipt.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Refund Coverage
